Another member to the TomTom Family is due to be born this month. The Innovative features and unique content on the TomTom Go range is being classed as revolutionary technology. It includes the Exclusive IQ Routes™ technology, advanced lane Guidance and complex junction details and voice address input.

IQ Routing
IQ routing allows a route to be calculated based on recorded average speed information.  This means the new TomTom GO determines a route by considering all possible routes, and then selects the one that takes the least time.

Advanced Lane Guidance and Complex Junction Details
With the new advanced lane Guidance feature, navigating complex junctions will be much easier. A realistic representation of motorway and high way junctions are displayed on screen using detailed 3D image of complex junctions and arrows indicating lane direction, which will allow for safer driving.

Voice Address Input
Allows you to tell the Go where to go. Simply announce where you want to go and you will arrive at your chosen destination

A host of extra features In addition to IQ Routes™ and Advanced Lane Guidance, the new TomTom GO hosts a range of extra features including its new premium look with a high-quality finish, expanded map coverage and pre-installed navigation features.
The new 2008 TomTom GO generation, which was announced at CeBIT, will most likely become available at TotalPDA this month. In Europe there will be a TomTom GO 930, GO 730 and TomTom 530 whilst in the USA there will just be the TomTom GO 930 and GO 730.
