TomTom can now add another trophy to their already overflowing collection having just won the ‘Best Car Gadget’ Award at the Pocket-Lint Awards 2008.
Pocket Lint, the largest independent gadget news and reviews site in the UK is a highly respected technology website with over 600,000 unique UK visitors per month, and 1 million global users per month.
Judged by a panel of high profile technology Journalists, alongside Pocket Lint Editor, Stuart Miles, the TomTom ONE fended off the Navman S100 sat nav and Pure Highway DAB radio to win the category. Other well known nominees included the likes of the Blackberry Storm (Best Mobile Phone), the Nokia E71 (best Email Device) and the Pioneer Kuro PDP-LX5090 television.
With a number of awards under their belt, including the recent T3 “Gadget You Can’t Live Without” award for the TomTom GO 930, TomTom seem to be on to a winner with their new range of sat nav products.
